SolaceSquad® Technologies ("Us", "We", or "SolaceSquad®", which also includes its affiliates) is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.SolaceSquad.com ("Website") on the world wide web as well as the software and applications provided by SolaceSquad®, including but not limited to the mobile application(s), Mobile Website, and the associated/ancillary applications, products, websites and services managed by SolaceSquad® (referred to as the "SolaceSquad® Platform").

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect Personal Information about the Users of the SolaceSquad® Platform, including the Practitioners, the End-Users, and the visitors of the Website. We created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information.

This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000; Regulation 4 of the SPI Rules; and Regulation 3(1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

It states: the type of information collected from Users; the purpose, means and modes of collection, usage, processing, retention, and destruction of such information; and how and to whom SolaceSquad® will disclose such information.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected may include: contact data (email, phone), demographic data (gender, date of birth), platform usage data, insurance data, and other information you voluntarily provide.

Sensitive Personal Data includes: passwords, financial information, physical/mental health condition, sexual orientation, medical records, biometric information, and call data records.

SolaceSquad® will be free to use, collect and disclose information that is freely available in the public domain without your consent.

3. USERS NOTE

All information provided to SolaceSquad® by a User is voluntary. SolaceSquad® may use information for: providing platform access, communication and booking, debugging customer support issues, and completing transactions you initiate.

SolaceSquad® maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy and does not sell, rent, or give your email address to a third party without your consent. SolaceSquad® implements reasonable security practices and will only disclose your Personal Information when required to by law or to protect its rights.

4. PRACTITIONERS NOTE

Certain information, including Personal Information, is collected from Practitioners during registration. SolaceSquad® reserves the right to use Practitioner information for publishing on the Website, offering new products, taking feedback, and improving product design. SolaceSquad® automatically enables the listing of Practitioners' information as provided by the Practitioner.

5. END-USERS NOTE

Certain information is collected from End-Users during registration and platform use. SolaceSquad® will communicate with End-Users through email, phone, and notices posted on the Website. SolaceSquad® may keep records of electronic communications and telephone calls for administration and customer support. All SolaceSquad® employees with access to sensitive personal data are obliged to respect confidentiality.

6. CASUAL VISITORS NOTE

No sensitive personal data is automatically collected from casual visitors merely perusing the Website. Certain provisions of this Privacy Policy are applicable to casual visitors. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, merely quitting this browser application should ordinarily clear all temporary cookies installed by SolaceSquad®.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

Your Personal Information is maintained by SolaceSquad® in electronic form. SolaceSquad® takes all necessary precautions to protect your personal information both online and off-line. No administrator at SolaceSquad® will have knowledge of your password. SolaceSquad® makes all User information accessible to its employees, agents, or partners only on a need-to-know basis. SolaceSquad® shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events beyond reasonable control.

8. CHANGE TO PRIVACY POLICY

SolaceSquad® may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. If a User uses the SolaceSquad® Platform after a notice of changes has been sent, such User provides consent to the changed terms.

9. CHILDREN'S AND MINOR'S PRIVACY

SolaceSquad® strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children. Although the SolaceSquad® Website and Platform are not intended for use by minors, SolaceSquad® respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application.

10. CONSENT TO THIS POLICY

You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use of the Website and the SolaceSquad® Platform, and you unconditionally agree that becoming a User signifies your assent to this Privacy Policy and consent to SolaceSquad® using, collecting, processing and/or disclosing your Personal Information.
